VLM maiden flight: Rostock with a Fokker
Heading for the Baltic from Cologne /Bonn: a Fokker 50 of VLM Airlines took off today on its first flight to Rostock. As of now, the Belgian airline will be servicing Rostock-Laage five times a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Staturday and Sunday. Returning to Cologne/Bonn from Rostock, there is a connecting onward flight to Antwerp, where VLM Airlines are based. Passengers from Cologne/Bonn have the possibility of hopping on and travelling conveniently to the major Belgian port city.

Tickets from Cologne/Bonn to Rostock are available from VLM Airlines (www.flyvlm.com) or in your travel agency as of 59 Euros. Flights to Antwerp from Cologne/Bonn are currently available from 39 Euros. The fares include snacks and beverages on board, an item of luggage à 23 kg plus hand luggage à 10 kg. The flight time from Cologne/Bonn to Rostock is an hour and ten minutes, to Antwerp 50 minutes.
